Camping with horses offers an authentic backcountry cowboy experience, allowing guests to engage more closely with their horses and discover the stunning natural landscape. The backcountry camping experience is truly remarkable, featuring a sky full of stars, cozy campfires, cowboy music, poetry, and delicious home-cooked meals, including grass-fed beef and pork sourced from our ranch.
During mid-summer, camp is typically set at higher elevations, while spring and fall locations are found at lower elevations. The trails used for our Utah horseback rides are largely untouched, having been forged by wildlife, Native Americans, outlaws, or herdsmen. We select exploration areas based on their scenic beauty, pristine condition, and remote settings.
