Luxury Spa Hacienda Experience

Journey to La Puerta del Coche Ranch: Head towards Hacienda La Estancia via the historic Camino Real (Royal Highway). Enjoy opportunities to canter on various sections of the trail during this 3-hour ride.

Upon reaching La Puerta del Coche Ranch and Hotel, you'll be greeted with tequila and a cold beer. Explore this newly constructed private ranch, including the horse stables, round pen, and arena.

After lunch, embark on an early evening ride back to our Hacienda along well-maintained trails. Once you arrive at Hacienda, unwind in the hot tub and enjoy dinner at Restaurant Mamalena. Spend the night at Hacienda.

Journey to Hacienda San Cayetano: Following breakfast in the garden, mount the horses and ride towards Hacienda San Cayetano, traversing a mesquite forest.

Riders can enjoy cantering along the trails while taking in the diverse plant life. This cross-country adventure features numerous climbs and descents through the canyon hills. Hosts Pita and Juan greet riders with cold beer or tequila and snacks. Lunch, prepared by Pita, is served at the hacienda.

In the evening, Pita will share her insights on equine therapy, a practice she has been engaged in for 20 years, offering an intriguing perspective on the subject. Juan will also demonstrate his training techniques for registered quarter horses and explain the Mexican rein. (4 hours of riding in the morning - 2 hours after lunch).

Journey to Sabindas Ranch: Start your day with breakfast at the Hacienda before heading to Sabindas Ranch, transporting the horses in a trailer.

Once the horses are unloaded, saddle up for approximately four hours of riding through beautiful landscapes filled with mesquite and cactus forests. Riders will be greeted by the ranch owner, Ernesto, as they explore the area along well-maintained trails that offer views of the Sabindas reservoir.

Follow a cattle path leading to the dam, where you'll ride alongside the water. If it's the rainy season, you may need to swim the horses across the dam to proceed. After giving the horses a chance to drink and rest, continue your ride back to the ranch for lunch.

Following lunch, you'll be driven to our Hacienda for a special dinner at Corral de los Magueyes.

Equestrian Centre "La Herencia": Enjoy a 2-hour ride from Sepulveda to La Herencia, where renowned horse trainer Eugenio will impart some of his expertise to the group.

Participate in arena riding, team penning, learn roping techniques, experience the Mexican riding style, and even try your hand at jumping.

After a Ranchero meal (Cowboy lunch) and a refreshing beer, travel by car to downtown Lagos de Moreno, a stunning colonial town recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a city tour.

Dinner will be served at a restaurant in Lagos de Moreno, followed by a car transfer back to our Hacienda for the night.

Journey to Hacienda La Estancia: Today, the group will travel along the road that leads through the village of Chipinque, then switch to a dirt path before connecting with the historic old Camino Real (Royal Highway). This route is rich in history.

Once at La Estancia, one of the most stunning haciendas in the area, you'll be able to explore its shaded patios and lovely gardens.

After enjoying lunch at the hacienda, you'll ride back to our Hacienda for the evening. Upon your arrival, unwind and savor dinner before settling in for the night.

Embark on a ride to Hacienda San Rafael, beginning near the Lagos River and proceeding towards Hacienda La Galera. Continue past the village of El Ojuelo, where you can enjoy some faster riding.

After passing through El Refugio village, you'll reach Hacienda San Rafael after about three hours, renowned for its delicious food and the warm hospitality of its owners. Take some time to unwind in the gardens before returning to our Hacienda on horseback, which will take approximately 2.5 hours.

In the evening, you have free time to relax, enjoy the swimming pool, visit the spa, or go hiking. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at Hacienda.

Today, the group will ride to Hacienda San Cayetano. After enjoying breakfast in the garden, we'll saddle up and head to a different area of the Ranch, making our way towards El Potrero de la Angostura, where a lovely waterfall can be found during the rainy season.

We'll continue on to the potrero where the mares are located. This section of the ranch features numerous Desert Palms. The ride will take us across country and along trails, with opportunities for the horses to stretch their legs (approximately 4 hours).

Upon our return, we'll enjoy a 'discarda' lunch cooked on an iron disc over a wood fire. The final leg of our journey is a 1.5-hour ride to Hacienda (1:30 hrs). We'll unwind and gather for a farewell dinner in the Corral.
