Can I trust the platform to securely process my payment for a tour?

At Horse Tours Club, your payment is completely secure due to the secure 3DS protocol. We do not keep or store any of your card data. All transfers to the provider are made officially based on the agreement between you and the provider on our platform.

What payment methods does the online platform provide?

You can pay for your tour with any bank card. Once you have completed your payment, you will get an email with the tour information and your booking confirmation.

What is the confirmation of payment and booking of the tour?

All tour information will be saved in your profile. You should print out all the relevant documents, such as air tickets (purchased independently), the confirmation email (or booking information from your profile). Do not forget your passport and medical insurance if you are flying abroad. Finally, to ensure that your trip goes smoothly, make sure that you have agreed with the guide about the meeting place. Now, you are all set and ready for your adventure! Congratulations!

Does the platform charge a commission when paying with a credit card?

No, it doesn't.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you want to cancel the booking, you can do it through your personal account or by chatting with an expert. You can get a 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making a prepayment, or if the trip does not take place due to the fault of the guide. However, please be aware that, as specified in the contract, if you have made 3 refunds over the past year, then the next refund will be reduced by $100

When can I get my refund if I cancel the tour?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, but may take up to 30 calendar days.

Is it possible to hold a place without making a prepayment?

It is up to the tour provider's booking policies. If you would like to attempt to do so, you can contact the travel expert through the chat feature. The tour expert will then either confirm the reservation or decline the request.

What should I do if I cant pay for the tour?

First make sure there are no restrictions on your card such as:

  • having enough funds;

  • no restrictive limits on online transactions;

  • card is not blocked;

  • you receive SMS messages with a password to confirm the payment.

If there are no restrictions on the card, please report the problem to the service manager or the tour expert.
