- GGeorgina12 Mar, 2024about providerAs soon as I arrived at this fantastic lodge, I knew I'd made the right choice. The staff were incredible, setting up a beautiful dinner table next to the Zambezi River just for me, and serving delicious candlelit dinners every night during stay. The drinks were icy cold, the room was immaculate and had a stunning view of the river, with a refreshing breeze and the soothing sounds of African nature all around. The lodge had a stylish yet relaxed vibe, and it felt peaceful yet vibrant with wildlife. The service was exceptional, unlike some other high-end lodges in the region. Drifting off to sleep in my cozy bed with mosquito netting after a refreshing dip in the pool was heavenly, and soaking in an open-air bath as the sun went down was pure bliss. I appreciated the lodge's commitment to sustainability, providing chilled water in thermoses instead of plastic bottles, and eco-friendly soap and shampoo. This has now become one of my favorite places in the world, and even though my stay felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I'm already planning my return trip. I couldn't help but hold back tears as I said goodbye. A big thank you to everyone for making it such a special place.12 Mar, 2024
- DDani22 Feb, 2024about providerWe all headed here like one big, crazy family. Opting for the catered, all-inclusive deal was wow wow wow! the best decision ever! We were absolutely amazed by the care, effort and love shown by the whole team. Our time there was filled with beautiful moments by the sun-kissed Zambezi river, fun horse rides, relaxed pond fishing, kids running around happily, amazing food and a warmth that made us feel like we were in luxury. Every little detail, every special moment, and every memory they created seemed effortless but was deeply appreciated by all of us. This was hands down the best family vacation we've ever had! Huge thanks to Gail, Doug and their amazing team for creating such unforgettable magic. Loads of love and gratitude from our entire tribe xxx22 Feb, 2024
- JJeffay28 Jan, 2024about providerGail and her crew treated us like we were part of their own family. Augustine was awesome at looking after us. The place we stayed at was fantastic - falling asleep with the river right there felt really nice. And let me tell you, the fish and chips were the absolute best! It was the ideal spot to check out Victoria Falls and Zambia.28 Jan, 2024
