Want to experience the wild beauty of the East Fork of the Lostine River without the hassle of packing everything? Rent our fully equipped base camp and get on your own personalized adventure for as long as you want!

We provide spacious dome tents, camp chairs and a designated cook tent, fully equipped kitchen propane cook stove, propane and a full set of dishes.

You will need to bring food and paper products, camp wood, water filtration/ boiling.

Rental Details:
$275/day: enjoy the freedom of your own adventure at an affordable price.
* For a hassle-free experience, hire our wrangler and pack animals.
$800/day for a wrangler and 2 pack or riding animals.
$150/day for each additional animal needed.

We ask that you pack out all trash and maintain a clean camp to preserve the pristine beauty of the Lostine River.

Enjoy comfortable sleeping accommodations with our provided dome tents, relax and unwind with camp chairs and a designated cook tent, prepare delicious meals using our propane cook stove, propane, and a full set of dishes.

The trip can be tailored for all abilities (beginners/ intermediate riders/ experienced riders). The only limiting factor is age and physical condition. 

Horse Breed: Lusitono, Spanish Mustang and Morgan horses

We provide dome tents for sleeping, camp chairs, a cook tent, a full kitchen including propane cook stove, propane and dishes. 

You bring your own food and paper products. Camp wood is not provided. There is a spring close to the camp for drinking water. We suggest you filter or boil your drinking water.

Personal equipment you need for the tour

Suggested pack list:



- 1 pair of pants or jeans;

- 1 pair of shorts and or swimsuit;

- 1 heavy coat;

- 1 pair hiking boots, well broke- in;

- 1 pair camp shoes (loafers or sneakers);

- 3-4 T-shirts;

- 6 pair of socks;

- 1 pair gloves;

- rain gear;

- cap or hat;

- long underwear.

- toothbrush, toothpaste;

- toilet paper/ wet wipes;

- prescription medications;

- small first aid kit;

- sunscreen.

All gear is packed in on mules or horses and we appreciate it if you make an effort to pack light. 

We limit loads for our pack animals to 54 kg or 27 kg/side. If you have a lot of gear, we suggest you consider packing your loose items in Rubbermaid 14 or 18 gallon totes. Totes are weatherproof, flexible enough to tie on a pack animal easily and are good in your camp to use for tables and to set things on.

Soft items should be in duffle bags. 

We also suggest you tie an extra coat and rain gear on the back of your saddle.
