The Lycian Way Horseback Riding Tour is a 7-day expedition across one of the most spectacular long-distance trails in the world — the legendary Lycian Way along Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
Beginning near Kemer and Kuzdere, the route climbs into the forested slopes of Mount Tahtalı (2365 m) before crossing mountain ridges, traditional villages, remote coastal trails, and ancient ruins.
Riders follow historic paths once used by Lycian traders, shepherds, and travelers, exploring landscapes where mountains meet the sea. Along the way, the journey passes through Gedelma, Beycik, Turtle Bay, Tekirova, and the ancient city of Phaselis.
The tour combines mountain riding, forest trails, Mediterranean coastline routes, and village life, creating a true multi-day riding adventure rather than a simple holiday ride.
With carefully selected horses, experienced guides, and varied terrain, this tour offers one of the most authentic horseback riding expeditions in Turkey.
