You spend around 6 hours on horseback with an English-speaking guide, riding through natural routes used by local communities for generations. The landscape shifts constantly — forest tracks, plantations on the hillsides, open views under blue sky, and quiet village life along the way. Stronger riders can enjoy faster riding and long canters across the trails.

Route details

This private full-day horse riding tour starts with pickup in Chiang Mai at 08:00 and finishes with return transfer at 17:00. The ride lasts around 6 hours and follows natural mountain routes through hills, canal crossings, plantations, and tribal villages.

The trail passes through different landscapes, including forest areas and hilltop plantations with wide open views. Riders travel with an English-speaking guide and ground support team throughout the day. The ride is recommended for intermediate and advanced riders, as there may be opportunities for cantering and galloping along the route.

The package includes a horse, helmet, lunch, accident insurance, snacks and refreshments, Wi-Fi hotspot, and private limousine transfer from Chiang Mai town or CNX airport. Rider weight limit is 80 kg, with a maximum of 10 riders. If riders spend a lot of time cantering or galloping, riding time may be slightly shorter for horse welfare.
