During our journey, we explore Nagyhagymás National Park, the sole national park in Szeklerland. Here we can witness hidden and untouched mountain landscapes, dense forests, awe-inspiring peaks, and crystal-clear waters. Some of these locations hold significant historical importance, while others seek validation through a variety of fairy tales and legends cherished by the local people.
The diverse terrain offers opportunities for both short and long horseback rides, but the more challenging slopes may require riders to dismount and walk. When we reach the summit of Nagyhagymás mountain at 1792 meters, it feels as though we are on the pinnacle of the world.
