Dressage Training in Portugal (Long)

At 8:30 AM a member of the team will pick you up at the hotel front door. 

First lesson will start at 9 AM and second at 11 AM. In between there's a break to have some water, snacks and enjoy the stables gardens. After the second lesson we will have lunch together at local restaurants and then we drop you off at the hotel again. Afternoons are free to enjoy and visit the surroundings.

We will meet at 8:30 AM at the hotel front door and drive to the stables. 

First riding lesson will start at 9 AM, as the day before, and the second will start at 11 AM. In between there's a break to have some water, snacks and enjoy the stables gardens. After the second lesson we will have lunch at a local restaurant and then we drive you back to the hotel. 

We will meet at 8:30 AM at the hotel front door and drive to the stables.

We will have two riding lessons beginning from 9 AM. You can also exchange lessons for trail rides if you wish.

Then we will have lunch together. After lunch you will have a chance to choose any activity. There is a lot of cultural activities around the city for you to explore. You can also book extra lessons or trail rides if you want. 

This day's highlights will be two riding lessons, don't miss them. 

We are also happy to organize any extra sports or cultural activities you may wish to do. Available activities are: a boat trip, canyoning, cellars visit, kitesurfing, wine tasting and walking by the river. There are also a pool, a tennis court and a fitness center.

We'll have two riding lessons in the morning.

Then we will have lunch together. The hotel is offering stunning ocean views and a tranquil, inviting ambiance. Additionally, northern Portugal boasts a wide range of recreational and cultural activities. When paired with its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional cuisine, it ensures a memorable holiday experience.

Today we spend the morning improving our riding skills with our instructors. Two riding lessons are included.

We house over 90 horses, including our own and those under private care. The well-being of the horses is of utmost importance and is the top priority. We offer a diverse range of horses suitable for both dressage and show jumping. We specialize in providing dressage lessons using elegant Lusitano horses up to the Prix St. Georges Level, and for jumping, we utilize a mix of Portuguese, Dutch, French and German warmbloods capable of jumping up to 1.35 meters.

No riding for today. It's a great opportunity to relax, recharge for the upcoming lessons and let the horses to rest.

We recommend exploring the area. Esposende, much like other small towns in Portugal, boasts a rich history from the Stone Age to Roman times. Situated strategically between Oporto and Vigo, it has a strong maritime tradition. Today, it's known for its charming squares, cafes and beautiful beaches, which are increasingly popular with tourists. The town is also home to the Natural Park of the North Coast, known for its wetlands and birdwatching opportunities. Inland, lush pine forests surround the town. Esposende offers diverse activities and cultural experiences year-round, along with traditional restaurants and lively evening entertainment.

Two riding lessons will be organized today to ensure we ride and work on our skills intensively.

All the horses are ridden with English equipment. Ensuring your satisfaction during your time with us depends on pairing the right rider with the right horse. Matching horses and riders is based on information gathered during an initial one-on-one session where your previous experiences and goals for your time with us are discussed, in order to find the perfect horse for you.

At 8:30 AM, a team member will meet you at the hotel entrance to transport you. 

The initial lesson begins at 9 AM, followed by the second at 11 AM. During the break between sessions, you can drink, snack and relax in the scenic gardens nearby. 

Following the second lesson, we will dine together at a nearby restaurant before returning you to the hotel. The afternoons are yours to explore and enjoy the surrounding area at your leisure.

Two riding lessons await you today. Then lunch and feel free to choose any activity at the hotel or around it. Between May and October you can enjoy inspiring sunsets with live music.

We will have our last lunch together. Then we recommend using this evening for relaxing and walking in the area.

Your check out is at 12 PM. We can transfer you to the airport if needed.
