We just had an amazing family vacation at the Ranch. It was me (the mom/grandma), my grown-up daughter & son, and my 2 granddaughters, aged 8 and 11. The rooms were just right for our family, with a nice rustic western vibe that made us feel at home. The service was fantastic all around. The dining staff was super attentive, and the food was really good and there was plenty of it. The chef was awesome too, making sure to cater to my son and granddaughters who are vegetarians. They even had vegetarian burgers and hotdogs ready for us, and the chef whipped up some frozen vegetarian options for us every night. There were tons of activities to keep us busy and spending quality time together. Even though none of us were experienced riders, horseback riding was a blast... We each got matched with the perfect horse, and the wranglers were really patient and great with us, especially the girls, as we went from slow walks to a bit of trotting and loping. In between rides, we got to hang out with baby goats, take miniature horses and llamas for walks, try our hand at archery, and chill out in the community room playing cards and pool. I'm still on cloud nine from the whole experience. It was such a wonderful time with my family, thanks to the amazing hosts and the unforgettable memories we made. These days will definitely stay in my heart for a long time to come.

I recently got back from a stay at the ranch and wanted to share my thoughts while everything is still fresh in my mind. My family and I, including my in-laws, went on this trip, and despite not being a fan of horses, I had a fantastic time. The chef was very accommodating to my picky eating habits, and all our meals were delicious. I loved the communal dining experience when the bell rang; it felt like a nostalgic camp tradition. We enjoyed all the activities at the ranch, but our favorite moments were spent in the lodge, playing games and sharing laughs. The highlight of the ranch was definitely the wranglers, especially Kacey, who made a lasting impression on my young son. He was so upset to leave because he had the "best vacation ever" and wished he could stay in Arizona to ride horses with his new friends. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

What an incredible vacation! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. JP and Trish are excellent hosts, and we enjoyed eating with other guests, family and the team, which made us feel like part of the family by the end of the week. The cabins are fantastic, and the ranch is situated in a secluded area of the Mojave desert, providing an authentic western experience. The horses are well taken care of, and we appreciated being able to participate in their daily care, as my friend and I have horses at home. May was our guide for the week and she took us on different trails each time, showcasing her impressive knowledge of the area's wildlife. She also skillfully captured videos of us riding behind her at a canter, which I love watching to remember the amazing time we had. The hardest part was saying goodbye and leaving, but we're already making plans to return in 2024.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Ranch in Arizona and completely fell in love with the place. I had a fantastic time learning how to ride, thanks to the great wranglers who took us out riding twice a day most days. The care of the horses impressed me greatly. We were close enough to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon to take a break from riding and enjoy the stunning natural views. The food at the ranch was unexpectedly diverse, including Chinese and Italian cuisine that I found surprisingly delicious. In addition to riding, we also got to interact with the other animals on the ranch and try out some of their recreational activities, such as various weapons that my husband had a blast testing. Evenings were spent around a campfire, talking to other guests and admiring breathtaking sunsets. This vacation was truly memorable and one that I would love to experience again.

I recently spent a few nights at the Ranch and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Even the picky eater in our group was accommodated with food she liked, and she even tried and enjoyed some new dishes. The meals were delicious, home-cooked Ranch-style food with generous portions. We went riding twice a day and relaxed in the pool or hot tub in between. In the evenings, we sat around the campfire with our hosts, enjoying a couple of beers as the sun set across the desert. The horses and all the animals on the Ranch were well cared for, and we were all assigned a horse for the week. We were offered the option to change horses if we weren't comfortable, but we all loved our horses and were sad to say goodbye at the end of the week. I would definitely return to the Ranch without hesitation.
