This tour has been recognized by CNNgo as one of the top 15 horse treks worldwide!

What better or more distinctive way to experience the renowned Golden Circle Tour than by riding Iceland's iconic horses through the charming countryside of South Iceland?

Tailored for families and riders without the required experience for our highland tours, it's important to note that riding days can be lengthy, requiring good physical condition and basic horsemanship skills.

On the initial riding day, we'll introduce you to the unique Icelandic Horse and its special extra gait as we leisurely traverse the banks of the majestic Thjórsá River. Our journey continues towards the thundering waters of Gullfoss Waterfall and the geothermal wonders of the Geysir hot spring area. Following a relaxed day of riding in this area, we'll venture into more remote locations, away from the usual paths.

For a long long time our farmers Gestur and Margrét operated our tours in the south. Now they have past over the legacy to their son Hannes and his right hand Sophie who helped out all those year. The family at their farm are well known for their great hospitality and to lead their guests into the magic world of the southern countryside and incredible highlands of the south.
