You’ll meet your horse companion and start with a brief lesson to get comfortable before setting out on guided rides across both the ranch’s picturesque landscape and the breathtaking trails of Riding Mountain National Park.
Along the way, you’ll pause for rustic backcountry lunches surrounded by the serene beauty of nature.
Once you’ve settled in, you’ll meet the horse that will be your companion throughout your stay.
We'll then provide a brief “how to ride” lesson to get you comfortable, followed by your first adventure: a one hour ride at the ranch (Homebound).

Please note regarding kids: As this package includes quite a bit of riding, we recommend considering other packages when you have (unexperienced) kids younger than around 12 years.
Your cabin will be exclusively for your family / group. Each cabin (for up to 10 people) has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom facilities, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, a living room, and a deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and the peaceful view over the fields.
Quick summary: We get your horse from the pasture, brush and saddle it shortly before your arrival. When you arrive at the ranch, drive to the ranch house. We will greet you there and you will have to pay and sign a waiver. Afterwards, walk to the barn where your horse and guide are waiting for you. When going for a ride on the ranch property, you get on your horse and we explain some riding basics before we take off.
