Portugal Horses Harmony Retreat

We'll begin our journey with a calm and relaxing morning meditation (45 minutes).

Then we'll have breakfast and some time after that we'll have our daily yoga practice. This is not quite classical practice; we'll do specific yoga for riders!

Prior to the lunch time we can do equine therapy. Horseback riding is not only a fun activity, but it also has many therapeutic benefits. Equine therapy can help improve mental health, physical health and social skills. If you're looking for a way to relax and de-stress, or if you're struggling with a particular issue, horseback riding may be able to help.

In the evening we'll have a silent beach walk, dinner and then go to our teepees.

We will start our day with a tranquil and soothing morning meditation.

Following that, we will enjoy breakfast, and subsequently engage in our daily riders yoga session. Feel free to enjoy swimming in the afternoon.

In the evening prepare for sound healing. It has the ability to relax and rejuvenate us, to help us connect with our higher selves, and to promote positive change in our lives. If you haven't tried it yet, we highly encourage you to do so!

Dinner will be served and do not forget about our daily silent beach walk.

After our morning meditation, breakfast and riders yoga session (For riders there is a unique breathwork session included. You can learn techniques quickly and enjoyably, using your breath while on the horse. It's beneficial for both your body and the horse), we can go for a walk or swim.

With stunning cliffs, crystal-clear waters and plenty of sunshine, it's no wonder this region is one of Portugal's most popular tourist destinations. And what's more, our experienced guides will make sure you have the best possible experience, ensuring you see all the best that the Algarve has to offer!

In the evening, we plan to take a quiet stroll along the beach, have dinner and then head to our teepees.

Then we'll have breakfast and some time after that we'll have a riders yoga practice. Yoga is more than just a workout- it's a way to connect with your mind and body, and achieve a sense of peace and balance. A few minutes of yoga each day can help reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and boost your overall mood.

In the evening a cacao ceremony will be offered. Also we'll have our last silent walk on the beautiful beach together.

During our last dinner together we'll share our best memories here and have some good laughs.
