Bobby and her family are extremely industrious and recognize the help that tourists will require in Mongolia. She never takes a day off during peak season and will gladly assist you with anything, which for us includes arranging train tickets (we couldn't do so from outside Mongolia). We were also unable to contact the lodge we had booked, but she was able to call them and assist us in arranging transportation to and from UB. I will definitely use Bobby's services again for any future Mongolia trip arrangements! The guesthouse is conveniently located near numerous museums, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores (to stock up before your vacation outside the city).

Bobby is fantastic and is always available to help with everything you may require, from tour planning to basic advise. In the end, it felt like home :)

(1) Bobby swiftly answered all of our inquiries before to our trip. (2) Bobby and her team waited for us until midnight (our plane arrived late at night in Ulaanbaatar). (3) In the event of an emergency (no hot water due to road construction), she responded immediately and installed hot water for us to use the next day, as well as upgrading us to a larger room when the room we had reserved became unavailable.
