Without a doubt, the most memorable part of my visit to the Netherlands. The horses are cared for exceptionally well, and the trail we rode on was breathtaking. We traversed various landscapes - from the dunes to the beach to the forrest, each offering its own unique beauty. Special thanks to our guide, Lotte, who ensured the safety of our diverse group, including a young girl and a friend with no horse-riding experience. Thanks to Lotte's patient guidance, my inexperienced friend quickly picked up horseback riding, even getting to try trotting. Lotte's enthusiasm for horses is truly contagious! After our rainy rides, we enjoyed warm drinks by the fireplace.

I participated in a weekend horseback riding experience with this team and it was truly incredible. The island where the ride took place was enchanting and a joy to explore when I wasn't on horseback. The horses were not only beautiful but also well-cared for, making the riding experience enjoyable. As an experienced rider who is a bit more cautious in my 40s, I appreciated the calm and steady nature of the horses I rode. The scenery, especially galloping on the beach and riding into the water, was breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend, with my only regret being that I couldn't stay longer.

My husband and I chose to travel by train from Amsterdam and take the ferry to Terschelling. We had a fantastic experience. Jochem and his family run a wonderful farm operation. We had a great time horseback riding on the beach and exploring the island on the bicycles they provided. Despite we do not speak Dutch, everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had fun playing with the farm puppies, observing the sheep, and taking in all the beauty of the island and farm.
