There are times when everything else fades away. No thoughts, no distractions, no past or future—just this singular moment: you riding a Marwari horse, bow in hand, target in sight, with the horse galloping beneath you. This is mounted archery, and it offers one of the most exhilarating experiences you'll ever encounter.

The 7-day training program at Tabela Nepal welcomes everyone—whether you’ve never touched a bow before, have some archery experience, are a complete novice in riding, or are an experienced equestrian. The program is customized to suit your skill level, gradually guiding you from the basics of traditional archery on the ground to daily mounted archery practices, always in true harmony with the horse.

Set against the tranquil beauty of the Nepali landscape and enriched by organic farm life and wholesome home-cooked meals, this week is more than just training. It’s a journey into an ancient warrior tradition that will resonate more deeply than you might anticipate.

I’m Raymon, and while I’m often recognized as an actor and presenter in Nepal, I’m also deeply passionate about my work with the horse riding center. My wife and I started it with a simple goal: to provide a safe haven for rescued horses and to improve equine care in our country by teaching children about the importance of these amazing animals. I enjoy traveling and seeking out new adventures, and I’m committed to advocating for animal welfare and the development of equine care. I try to use my platform to raise awareness about these important issues.
