Travel to Terelj National Park, which is a 75-kilometer drive. Along the way, you can discover Ovoo, a collection of stones that were placed as an offering to the god of nature and the sky. You can also explore the stunning granite hills, observe the nomads' traditional homes (gers) and their livestock grazing in the pastures. Additionally, you can visit a protected area, where you can see Turtle Rock, take a leisurely walk on the green meadow, hike up the hills, explore the lush valleys and even go horse trekking in the surrounding areas.
Other attractions in the vicinity include the largest statue of Chinggis Khan in the world, a Meditation Monastery, Zaisan Hill and the Bogd Khaan summer palace. For accommodation, you have the opportunity to spend the night in a traditional ger with a local family. Lunch and dinner are provided on this day.
Horse riding hours will be around 3-4 hours. The road condition is not much difficult.
