Experience the thrill of riding on the frozen surface of Lake Mývatn, witness the exhilarating Mývatn Open competition between horses and riders on the ice, and relax in the geothermal havens of Northern Iceland.

Our journey starts at a farm nestled near Húsavík in the north, where Halldór and Elín, our hospitable hosts, reside. Winter in Iceland marks the prime season for horseback riding, offering a unique and enchanting experience distinct from summer rides. Glide through snow-covered landscapes and ride icy terrains on Halldór's expertly trained and steady horses, relishing a serene ride across Lake Mývatn. Don't miss the opportunity to witness the dynamic Mývatn Open event and bask in the soothing warmth of Northern Iceland's geothermal wonders.
