I have dedicated my life to horses, as a young horse rider, all I wanted to do was work with horses. This dream became a reality and I have been lucky enough during my career to breed and train my horses to Grand Prix, represent my country and now share my wealth of knowledge and it is a privilege to do so. :)

It's important to know

What kind of food will be served?

On the evening of your arrival, you can savor an Australian barbecue with salad, followed by a homemade banana cake with cream.

Breakfast is served at 8 a.m. daily. Before you arrive, we will inquire about your preferences from the following options for your entire stay: cereals, muesli, raisin bread, crumpets, sourdough, spreads, yogurt, seasonal fruits, and fruit juices.

Tuesday's itinerary includes a picnic lunch for your first outing. Many guests enjoy visiting Healesville Sanctuary, Puffing Billy, or exploring the scenic national parks. Your picnic will consist of a wrap or focaccia with fillings like salmon and cream cheese with rocket, chicken and avocado with cheese and mayonnaise, ham and salad, or plain salad. Additionally, there will be chocolates, muesli bars, fresh fruit, and drinks.

Before dinner, you can enjoy a selection of cheese, crackers, and antipasto along with your chosen wine.

For dinner on the second night, you can choose between salmon or chicken schnitzel with seasonal vegetables and salad, followed by a decadent homemade chocolate cake with cream and ice cream.

On Wednesday, lunch is not provided (available upon request at an extra cost). This allows you to have lunch at the renowned 'Elevation' restaurant, visit a local winery, or explore the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. After a private riding lesson in the afternoon, enjoy happy hour at 6 p.m. followed by a Mexican-themed dinner with burritos and a fruit platter with cream or ice cream.

On your final full day, after breakfast and a riding lesson, another picnic lunch will be provided for your enjoyment during your adventures. Emerald Lake is a beautiful destination near Puffing Billy or you can visit it directly. Your last dinner features succulent marinated pork ribs with mashed potatoes and salad, followed by a homemade apple pie with ice cream.

Breakfast is served on your departure morning before check-out.

Please note that meals purchased at restaurants or chocolateries are not included in the package (lunch on Wednesday).

What an amazing chance to improve your skills on a graceful responsive horse with classical training, and Leanne's guidance was both insightful and encouraging. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the graceful movements on a well-trained horse.

It was an unforgettable experience. I met many new friends and acquired valuable skills. My accommodation had a picturesque view and was ideal for a solo stay. Loved my time and cant wait to sign up for the next trip. Ps, they have friendly farm cats and dogs that enjoy visitors. Sebastian almost ended up coming home with me 🫣
